- This backyard custom build features a wood-lined dividing wall and restroom inside a 30x50 shop, as well as a 20x25 game room for a growing family. The 500 sq ft covered patio is easily accessed from the main shop area and the game room. Other custom features include custom dormer windows to give this build more natural light and curb appeal. Spray foam, concrete and full electrical, including a mini-split HVAC system, all provided by Custom Barns and Construction. We also offered a 3D rendering and virtual walk-through before breaking ground.
