- This customer-designed 35x40x16 garage features a loft with windows that allow looking out onto the lake. Overhead doors are 8’x8’ with a high rise track and 14’x14’. Spray Foam Insulation painted white give this build a comfortable and clean feel. The custom-made stairways leads to a loft with 3’x5’ windows. A front porch with cedar posts adds more space and character, alongside the customer-chosen charcoal gray and autumn red color combination. Definitely a custom build!
