- This 30x50 features a custom-designed HQ which functions as a stand-alone work/living facility. Half of the footprint is a spray-foamed shop and workout area, the other half is a two-story fully-finished living and office area, with a bathroom on each floor and a custom stairway that you won't find on pre-order barns. Built to our customer's exacting standards, this build utilized our full suite of construction services: discussion, design, dirt work, full build, spray-foam, custom wood-framing, patio, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, bathroom, kitchen and storage as well as multiple flooring and fixture solutions to maximize environment but stay within budget.
