- This project demonstrates what we can do for small-to-mid-size business owners in our area. From the initial site design, through earthwork, concrete, building construction, electrical, spray-foam and concrete, we built this business park in Amarillo to meet the customer’s need for efficiency, ease of access and professional appearance. The full project included: 2 - 30 x 30 buildings 2 - 30 x 40 buildings 1 - 30 x 50 building Each with concrete, spray-foam insulation, full electrical service and LED lighting. The remainder of the property was surfaced for heavy equipment and surrounded by a security fence. The surface and site design allows for future improvements and expansion, providing the owner multiple opportunities to generate income from the property for years to come.
