- Our customer needed a private shop that could handle an automotive lift, so we set concrete piers under the slab to ensure strength at the points where the lift would be installed. We also worked with the customer to lay out the electricity and other outlets to work with tool and equipment installs down the road. This 30x30x14 pre-engineered frame is wrapped in Charcoal walls and roof, and is trimmed in Black. The overhead doors are 18x10 and 6x8.
